Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Individual Player Registration

If cancellation is requested within two weeks of the first game's kickoff, no refund will be given. If a refund is requested more than two weeks before the first game's kickoff, refunds to the original payment method used at purchase will be offered. Upon processing the refund, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution. For questions, please reach out to admin@gosoccer.org.

Team Registration

Refund for team registration is only allowed when a replacement team is secured. If processed, refunds will be completed to the original payment method used at purchase.
